We invest our own balance sheet — long-horizon, no fund clock, no outside mandate to satisfy. That posture lets us hold through cycles and write the size of check the opportunity calls for.
The bulk of our work is in energy and real estate, where our experience runs deepest and our operator relationships are strongest — minerals, working interests, and value-add real estate among them.
Outside our core areas, we evaluate opportunities case by case — private credit, operating businesses, and structured positions among them. The bar is the same as everywhere else.
